Western Bluebird Watch Info
Audubon predicts that the Western Bluebird will begin to expand it’s range into the Olympic peninsula by 2020 because of the changing climate.  To conduct the survey National Audubon has divided the OPAS Chapter area into 6 mile squares that run from the Miller Peninsula to Neah Bay.  So far our survey has only been able to capture the eastern part of our area.  Most western bluebirds have been recorded on the Miller Peninsula, between Sequim and Port Angeles and west of Port Angeles.
